IMIC Hotels (Interstate Management & Investment Corporation) is a full-service hospitality development and management company, handling every stage of a property's life, from land acquisition and design to franchise partnership, construction, operation, and long-term ownership. Beyond hotels, our expertise extends to self-storage facilities and marinas.

Our corporate team brings decades of hands-on experience across every function a hotel needs to run well: management, accounting, auditing, security, IT, design and development, marketing, and FF&E purchasing and budgeting. Many of our corporate and property-level leaders have been with IMIC for 20 years or more, giving our owners and partners a level of institutional knowledge that's hard to find elsewhere in the industry.

We've also managed third-party assets on behalf of publicly traded companies, consistently meeting the rigorous financial reporting standards those partnerships require.

IMIC Hotels manages hotels, but we also develop, build and maintain them. Our property development and construction management skills reflect the experience our staff has gained over the years, both in new construction and in the maintenance and renovation of existing properties.
