With properties throughout the southeast, IMIC Hotels is an award-winning hotel development and management company headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina. We are a family-owned corporation and strive to promote a family atmosphere for all our guests and employees alike. Our management team is skilled in providing assistance in areas of operations, human resources, sales, marketing, design, development, finance and accounting. Boasting 13 properties throughout Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida, IMIC is a true example that “Southern Hospitality Still Exists”.

Property Development & Management

IMIC Hotels manages hotels, but we also develop, build and maintain them. Our property development and construction management skills reflect the experience our staff has gained over the years, both in new construction and in the maintenance and renovation of existing properties. With IMIC hotels, you enjoy the benefit of comprehensive property development services.

Sales & Marketing

Many hotels have a passive attitude toward marketing, waiting and looking for business to simply walk through the door. In that way, they won't have to spend any money. Marketing is not an expenditure, but an investment in time, talent and money. At IMIC, we're anything but passive.
